Assuming all they ate was the humble but oh so perfect!
Vanilla by Amul- that would be a whopping 62000 calories
consumed in ice cream per year per person. That is over 30 full
days of calorie intake dedicated to just icecream!

Private members’ clubs- WFH beneficiary?
Post the pandemic, having witnessed a rise in the work from
home/ freelance/ I am a full-time investor culture- there is a
rise in the number of private members clubs (visible even in
Bombay) in NYC. A place to network, work, workout, with a
curated set of peers. One of the larger PMCs- Soho House is
now a billion dollar+ co.

2030. The goal is to streamline bureaucracy, reduce
corruption, and boost economic growth, aiming for 8% in
2025 and at least 10% thereafter. It is the most ambitious
restructuring of the country since the Doi Moi reforms
advocated in 1986. To Lam was quoted by local media that
"the size of the economy in 2023 is 96 times that of 1986."

Importing inflation
The average price increase for the top 100 beauty and health
care products on Shein (Chinese e-commerce retailer) is 51%.
For home, kitchen and toy products, the average increase is
30% with one set of kitchen towels increasing 377%.”
